QEP Resources $QEP files midstream field services spinoff with SEC

QEP Resources, Inc. (NYSE:QEP) announced on 6/26 that its subsidiary, QEP Field Services Company (“QEPFS”), filed with the SEC in connection with the spinoff of QEP’s midstream field services business into a separate publicly traded company.
