Integra LifeSciences Holdings $IART sets spinoff date of 7/1 for $SPNE

Integra LifeSciences Holdings (IART) announced its board of directors has approved the separation of SeaSpine Holdings Corporation (SPNE) from Integra in the form of a tax-free dividend involving the distribution of all outstanding shares of SeaSpine common stock to holders of Integra common stock.
