Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE:OIS) today announced that its potential spinoff, OIS Accommodations SpinCo Inc., has filed a 2(nd) amendment to its Form 10 with the SEC in connection with its previously announced plans. Oil States expect the spinoff to be completed by the end of Q2 2014.
