(NASDAQ: MBTF) intends to conduct a rights offering to existing shareholders for the purchase of up to 1,411,765 shares of its common stock at $4.25 per share (currently trades at $4.83 as of 3/5/14 close) in a $6 million rights offering. Each subscription right will entitle the holder of the right to purchase .0664 share for each share of common stock held. The Company announced it has set March 7, 2014 as the record date.
