Nasdaq announced today that it has issued a delisting notification letter to Guanwei Recycling Corp. (Nasdaq:GPRC) due to the Company’s failure to file its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2014, as required by Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The Company has not requested review of this delisting determination and, as a result, Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting.
