Exelis $XLS spinoff files registration statement

Exelis (XLS) is spinning off its Mission Systems business into an independent company. It will focus on providing infrastructure asset management/logistics/supply chain management to the U.S. Government. Today Exelis filed a form 10 registration statement under the name of “Exelis MSCO Inc” but the company plans to announce a new name for the spinoff.
