B/E Aerospace, Inc. (NASDAQ:BEAV) announced today that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company has determined to postpone the Company’s 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), which was originally scheduled to be held at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, July 24, 2014. The Company has determined to postpone the Annual Meeting in order to allow the Board and the Company’s management to further evaluate the Company’s strategic alternatives.
