Mexican telecommunications company América Móvil (AMX) expects to complete the spinoff of its mobile towers in Mexico by the beginning of the second quarter of 2015. The company decided to spin off the towers into a separate company earlier this year, at the same time that it decided to sell assets to a new competitor to reduce its Mexican market share and avoid stiff regulations imposed under new telecommunications laws.
