Spectrum Group International, Inc. (SPGZ) announced today that NASDAQ has approved the application of SGI’s subsidiary, A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc, to list its common stock on the NASDAQ under the symbol “AMRK.”All conditions for the spinoff have been met and the company intends to announce the date of the spinoff shortly.
