Dover (DOV) announced today it has successfully completed its spinoff of Knowles Corp (KN-WI). Dover shareholders were distributed one share of Knowles for every two shares of DOV they held as of February 19, 2014 (record date). Knowles will begin trading “regular way” on March 3, 2014 under the symbol (KN).
