Masco (MAS) filed a regulatory filing last week regarding the spinoff of its Installation business from the remaining business. While the SpinCo has not yet been named, it will trade under “BLD”. Date TBD. The SpinCo is the leading installer and distributor of insulation products to the United States construction industry, based on revenue. It provides insulation installation services nationwide through its Contractor Services business, which has over 190 installation branches located in 43 states. Source
