Madison Square Garden (MSG) considering other ways to spinoff its businesses

Madison Square Garden (MSG) announced that the company may also consider other spin-off structures, including a separation of the company’s media business from its sports and entertainment business. MSG said in October that it was considering a separation that would have kept the media and sports business together. Source
